VILLETELLE

Villetelle is part of an ancient “mas” nestled amongst the vineyards and set against

a backdrop of mountains. This peaceful retreat is private and secluded yet only

minutes from the village of Gignac and 20 minutes from the buzzing, historic city

of Montpellier. Relax in hammocks in the shady courtyard, dip into the small pool

or explore the rich and varied local area – Gorges de l’Herault, Lac de Salagou,

Pezenas, Montpellier or the Mediterranean coast.

Sleeps 4 (two double beds)

£400 per week April to October. The rental is the same rate for every week.

The house itself has thick stone walls. Indoors, the wooden beams are apparent and the ceilings are made with wooden boards.

The main room is open plan with rustic terra-cotta tiles on the floor. At one end is the kitchen, fully equipped (+ dishwasher ) with good quality cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. At the other end, a living area with a traditional wood-burner, a hi-fi with a selection of cds. On the side of this main area there is a cosy rest room, with a wooden floor, ideal for reading, writing or playing games. Down the corridor you can find the bathroom with a bath/shower and a toilet. And at the end of the corridor the two double bedrooms.

Outside, plenty of fresh and peaceful air to enjoy either in the sun or the shade by the pool or the garden, laying in a deckchair or strolling away on the 20 acres property.

Prices :Sheets and towels are included. A washing machine is at your disposal as well as an internet connection. Gite no-smoking.

The rental fee for September and June is 500 euros per week

350 euros the week-end.The rental fee for July and August is 650 euros per week.

Bookings are secured with a deposit of 20%
